In accordance with the newly revised "Regulations on the Completion of the Customs Declaration Forms for Imported and Exported Goods of the People's Republic of China" (General Administration of Customs Announcement [2018] No. 60), we have formulated the electronic message format for the declaration of customs declaration forms for imported and exported goods. Relevant information can be downloaded from the bulletin board on the portal website of the General Administration of Customs. Enterprises shall declare to the customs using data exchange methods, generate electronic data messages according to this message format, and handle joint debugging, testing, and access procedures in accordance with General Administration of Customs Announcement [2016] No. 16 and General Administration of Customs Announcement [2017] No. 20.
