The "Customs of the People's Republic of China Enterprise Credit Management Measures" (General Administration of Customs Order No. 237) is hereby accompanied by the release of the "Customs Certified Enterprise Standards" (individual standards for water transport logistics enterprises, air transport logistics enterprises, and road transport logistics enterprises). Additionally, the following matters related to implementation are announced:

　　1.In this announcement, water transport logistics enterprises, air transport logistics enterprises, and road transport logistics enterprises refer to enterprises that have completed customs registration or filing procedures, are directly responsible for the operation and management of transport tools, and engage in cross-border logistics transportation by water, air, or road or logistics transportation of goods under customs supervision within the country.

　　2.Water transport logistics enterprises, air transport logistics enterprises, and road transport logistics enterprises applying for customs certified enterprise management should simultaneously meet the general standards in the "Customs Certified Enterprise Standards" and the individual standards corresponding to their business operations.

　　3.Water transport logistics enterprises, air transport logistics enterprises, and road transport logistics enterprises already under customs certified enterprise management should, in accordance with the provisions of the second clause of this announcement, conduct self-assessment and regulatory improvements in accordance with the applicable general and individual standards.

　　4.Starting from September 1, 2021, customs will conduct re-certification for the aforementioned customs certified enterprises in accordance with the provisions of the second clause of this announcement.

　　This announcement taked effect from March 1,2021
