In accordance with the "Management Measures for Import Plant and Animal Quarantine Approval" (Announcement No. 25 of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, modified by Decree No. 170 of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, and Decree No. 238 of the General Administration of Customs), after risk assessment, it has been decided that starting from June 1, 2018, the import quarantine approval for certain products (see attached list) will be cancelled.

　　For the aforementioned products, relevant enterprises no longer need to apply for import plant and animal quarantine permits. However, when the goods are imported, they should be declared to the customs in accordance with regulations and undergo inspection and quarantine procedures in accordance with the law.
