A Brief Introduction to Chile's Beijing International Economic and Trade Service Center
Chile Beijing International Economic and Trade Service Center (hereinafter referred to as Beijing Center) was established in 2010, with its headquarters in Santiago, Chile. It is a legally registered organization certified by the Chilean Ministry of Economy and Tourism, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Justice and the Chinese Embassy in Chile. It aims to promote mutual understanding and access to each other's markets by Chinese and Chilean enterprises, provide diversified market demands and business development cooperation opportunities, and provide market research, commodity promotion and sales, technical investigation and exchange for enterprises going to Chile and Latin America. Business consultation and training; Recommend and assist in negotiating development, investment and cooperation projects; Consultation and service on legal, financial and tax related issues.
The center actively promotes exchanges and cooperation between Chile, China and Beijing in the fields of economy, trade and culture. From 2013 to 2017, it will host the "Water Cube Cup" overseas Chinese youth Chinese song competition-Chile competition for five consecutive years. In 2014, it hosted the performance of "Culture, China's Four Seas and Spring Comfort for Overseas Chinese". In 2015 and 2016, ground guarantees provided for Chinese leaders to visit Chile. The Chinese School in Beijing, Chile, established in 2015, is the only Chinese school in the local education system. It has held talks for enterprises from more than ten provinces, including Beijing, Liaoning and Zhejiang, and promoted Santiago to establish friendly cities with relevant Chinese cities.
